Can the appearance of my nostrils be reduced? (Photos)

I was wondering if it is possible to have anything done to reduce the appearance of my nostrils , they are also uneven though I don’t think I have any issues with breathing. I wonder if this can be done as well as reducing the overall size of the nose. Thanks.

In general, open rhinoplasty versus closed rhinoplasty are often determined by the preference of the surgeon. However, open rhinoplasty is usually utilized when the complexity is increased, or when significant work is required on the nasal tip.
