I've had my rhinoplasty about 3 to 4 years ago and I've noticed that I have a dent on the side of my nose. I don't specifically want to pay for another nose job as it's not a very cheap procedure and I think my doctor should've done better, but now I am left with the dent on the side of my nose when I've never had it before so I would like any doctor to tell me what exactly it is and why that happened to my nose and what can I do to get rid of it at or to make it less visible thank you

Hello! Thank you for your question.The only permanent solution to get rid of the dent is a revision rhinoplasty surgery. During the revision we can also correct the nose shape, your nasal bridge looks wide and it seems like the tip is bulbous and droopy. I would need better photos to make a proper evaluation.

Surgery will be the most accurate solution. In your case, it seems that your left osteotomies should be corrected. If someone proposes hyaluronic fillers, they are not safe for your situation. If you are not in the midline during the application of fillers, you may experience severe side effects like blindness, scars, necrosis, etc. So avoid fillers; it can be hard for you, but take your chances on surgery

From the one very limited photograph, you have significant asymmetry on your nasal bones, and cartilages within your nose. You're going to need a revision rhinoplasty procedure. Choose your second surgeon wisely based on extensive experience producing natural results. Also remember there is no perfect nose, just improvements.
