During the revision we can also correct the nose shape, your nasal bridge looks wide and it seems like the tip is bulbous and droopy. I would need better photos to make a proper evaluation.

Surgery will be the most accurate solution. In your case, it seems that your left osteotomies should be corrected. If someone proposes hyaluronic fillers, they are not safe for your situation. From the one very limited photograph, you have significant asymmetry on your nasal bones, and cartilages within your nose. You're going to need a revision rhinoplasty procedure.
