I feel like I have a hanging columella can it be fixed with columella sliding? (photos)

I think my nose is fine completely except the columella part itself it feels extra and my nose has lines on it I wish it can go a little in like 1mm nothing more or less,it makes my long nose look more prominent and my nostrils are visible from side I don't like it I just want it to be normal can it be sticked to be a millimetre in I don't want to change the tip or uplift much. Will this require full rhinoplasty? How much would the procedure cost and possible recovery time? Thank you

Hi Sensible5665, Thank you for your question! Between the tattoo and Rhinoplasty, 3-4 weeks is ample time to not risk any infection. It should not be a problem as long as the tattoo healing goes as it usually does. - Yadro Ducic, MD

It's very unlikely that a lump will go away a year after an operation. It's very likely this represents a bone structure which may need to be surgically removed.
