Chin filler for cleft chin?

I agree that these dimples tend to be caused by ligaments, however, judicious usage of microdroplet Silikon-1000 maybe considered for a deep chin dimple. First, I would not recommend the use of permanent fillers, such as silicone and Bellafil as the use of permanent fillers can translate into permanent complications down the road, since there is no simple way to dissolve these foreign substances, unlike with natural HA fillers. If you are looking for a permanent solution to your deeply clefted chin that does not involve the risk of permanent fillers, you may wish to explore subcision. Subcision, which I have personally been using since 1995 has a long, proven track record of safety and efficacy for elevating and smoothing all kinds of depressions in the skin, whether from atrophy or from scarring, and I have used it with gratifying results for indented chins. It may be performed as a stand-alone treatment or combined with natural HA Lifting fillers. You would be wise to consult with an experienced, board certified cosmetic dermatologist. The dimple i assumed is likey from the mentalis muscle. I would like to try botox with fat grafting and rigotomy (releasing the skin dimple from underlying muscle, if this exists) to address this rather than filler.
