In general, for a young, otherwise healthy patient as yourself, I would not feel the need to order any lab testing or imaging for a rhinoplasty/septoplasty. While personally I see all my patients for an in-person consultation prior to surgery, I do know that many surgeons do book surgery off of only virtual consultations. Particularly with septoplasty and functional rhinoplasty, I find an in-person exam important to assess nasal valve function and better plan the maneuvers my patient will need. That said, I do not see any red flags per se. The most important thing for you is that you feel you have a good rapport with your surgeon and are on the same page as to your goals with surgery.
Hi dhaarni, chin fillers such as Juvederm Vollux can certainly be used to help camouflage a chin dimple, as they are designed to improve contour around the jawline and chin. As far as migration, all filler has the potential to migrate, but fillers such as Vollux have a higher G' (which means it is firmer and less spreadable), so it should migrate less, but there are no guarantees.
