Should I get a Chin Filler? (Photo)

Question

So I’m planning on getting a much-needed rhinoplasty this year. But recently I unlocked a new insecurity: my chin. Do you think a nose job is enough to balance my profile and facial symmetry or should I also get a chin filler (or a more permanent procedure) to achieve better results?

Based on your photos, you appear to have a dorsal hump, and a droopy nasal tip appearance. This tends to stand out since you have a somewhat retrusive chin appearance. As a rhinoplasty specialist, we commonly perform chin implant surgery at the time of rhinoplasty surgery, and this leads to little inconvenience for our patients. Hello; Since your chin does not look very small; whether or not to do something; it is up to you. Because, you do not have a big nose; having a small chin; does not seem like a big problem. However, you can make the best decision; by having a chin filler. Before having a nose surgery, you can have a high-lift affect filler; which is applied to the bone of your chin tip; decide how it looks and whether you like it or dislike. If you like the look; instead of having a permanent filler, a chin implant can be placed during Rhinoplasty procedure.

Why not get both? (chin + nose) The two are frequently done at the same time because of how much they interact with each other. If you do want to split things up, I would say that a rhinoplasty is significantly harder and longer of a recovery compared to anything to the chin (other than mandibular advancement but I'm talking filler/chin implant). You could honestly get the chin filler first to see if that "fixes what you are bothered by" or not. Personally, I would do both.

Before jumping into the expense, downtime and possible complications of a surgical rhinoplasty, have you considered a nonsurgical filler nose job. For nearly a quarter of a century, we have been using fillers to treat nasal bumps and humps and to elevate down-turned nasal tips. In the hands of an experienced, filler injector, this can be performed in about ten minutes with immediate results and little to no downtime. 
With regards to the chin, form the profile photos, it would appear that the greater harmony in the projections of the nose, lips and chin could be achieved by the use of a robust HA filler chin augmentation. This, too, takes about ten minutes to perform and, here too, with on-the-spot results and little to no significant downtime.

It would be nice to do the chin filler after the Rhinoplasty where we have a better concept of what the profile will look like. Just judging from what we see now you would be a good candidate for chin filler. i would create a good balance for the lower facial profile.
