Hello, I’ve got lipolitic injection my chin to get rid of double and also want to get 0.5-1ml fillers to my chin to make it more pointy. But I have acne scars and a few times in a year I’m doing Secret RF microneedling and Co2 laser. So here is my question, can RF help to tighten the skin after lipolitics? But most importantly about the chin filler, can RF or Co2 cause the filler to migrate or make that area puffy? Or maybe cause the filler to dissolve? Is the solution that I bypass that filler?
Answer: Radiofrequency microneedling may cause temporary gel fillers to melt. During Morpheus 8 treatments, the needles that deliver radio frequency Energy may penetrate 4 mm or more into the skin. If these hot needles come in contact with a temporary jail filler, the heat may cause them to dissipate. I do not think that CO2 laser would affect a temporary gel filler that is placed deeply.
