Can I Take Visanne While Roaccutane?

Hi I have been diagnosed with endometriosis firstly does roaccutane have any affect on endometriosis.. I have been on roaccutane for 4 months 40mg.. Doctor has prescribed visanne for treatment of endo.. Will it be fine to take both medications ,my doctor says its fine but I don't feel fine.. Fatigue ,stomach pain cramping ..headaches ,mood swings

Visanne is not approved for use in the U.S. As far as I know there are no issues with taking the two medications together per relevant information available to me, but I don't have experience with Visanne because it's not used here. You will need to consult your prescribing physicians about using the two together, and anytime you are having issues or side effects you did not expect, you should discuss them with your physician.
