I'm a teen Asian girl with an eyelid that has multiple creases and a 2nd fold. Two years ago was when my eyelid started to develop a 2nd fold. The eyelid had no creases just only a 2nd fold. This marks 3 yrs of having the problem and it developed small creases. It's now extremely noticeable and I can feel the unevenness when I have my eyes open from my 2nd fold. My original crease doesn't fold, instead it folds under my 2nd crease. Is there a way to fix this without touching my right eye?

Silicone tape can do this and cause continual inflammation if there is something irritating from the beginning. I would consider stopping the tape and letting it heal. Steroid drops might help decrease some of this.
