Hello snowberry93, thank you for your question.  Redness 2 months after surgery is not that uncommon.  The scar takes about 6-12 months to fully mature and initially some of my patients' scars do look red like yours.  Getting laser treatment prematurely may not be a good idea.  It'd be more prudent to use silicone scar gel, avoid sun exposure, and minimize irritating it further with tons of make-up.  Kenalog/steroid injection can be very effective for the hypertrophic scarring and you would benefit from that. Thank you for sharing your problem. Often, time heals wounds the best. Topical steroid creams might be useful. Wear sunglasses, because hyperpigmentation can develop from sun exposure. See an experienced eyelid surgeon for second opinion in person.Good luck,

Silicone tape can do this and cause continual inflammation if there is something irritating from the beginning. I would consider stopping the tape and letting it heal. Steroid drops might help decrease some of this.

I'd probably leave it alone BUT you need to see your doctor.  Occasionally steroid injections can be helpful.  Your incisions look a little read and maybe hypertrophic.  It is still early in your healing process so things should improve a lot but it will take months.  I find scar gels and creams irritate the skin.Go see your doctor or another surgeonChase Lay, MDAsian eyelid surgery specialist.
