I have had two treatments to dissolve Restylane and I still have filler that needs to be dissolved right now. I am currently having to take steroids for inflammation can Hylenex be safe to use while taking steroids?

Honestly, a lot of the time we have people on oral steroids when we are removing fillers especially if we are dealing with some sort of infection or vascular compromise. There's no reason you can't get hyaluronidase when you're taking oral steroids for something. "This answer has been solicited without seeing this patient and cannot be held as true medical advice, but only opinion.
