Overfilled around corner of mouth, causing unnatural smile after nasolabial filler. I don't want to dissolve NLF filler? (Photo)

Is it possible to remove the overfilled area around the corner of the mouth only without causing more unnatural smile? The filler is Juvederm uktra plus. I also hate my smile because the corner of mouth are realy curved and turned up in a weird way ? Please let me know about all the options! Please help me! Thank you.

There is no reason why you cannot get juvederm injections if the flare is under control.  I suggest seeing an expert and consider using cannulas to limit inflammation/pain.  Best, Dr. Emer.

If unhappy you should reverse the filler.  Typically this goes away in 2 weeks and if not then you can reverse it.  I suggest venus legacy treatments as well. in the future do not use juvederm, voluma ... belotero.... restylane silk are all better options.  Best, Dr. Emer.
