Yes, you may be able to manually flip the implant yourself. I have heard of patients having this before and they have been able to flip it back.

Thanks for sumbitting your pictures. Based on them you have enough tissue at your buttock side. In my opinion only performing an implant procedure with about 500-600 cc would be enough to achieve the desired result. Please consult with a board certified plastic surgeon. Good Luck....
