I had Restylane 6 weeks ago in tear trough, nasolabial fold. Face burns in these areas with headaches everyday. What can I do?

In the majority of cases dermal filler injections are completely benign and patients leave happy and move on.  Unfortunately, not all treatments turn out this way.  Seeking out an experienced injector with proper credentials in a reputable center is one way of stacking the deck in your favor.  Common complications such as bruising, bumps, or asymmetry can be expected.  Facial pain following injections is not particularly common.  I don't think that the type of filler is the issue here but after failure of steroid treatments you should consider either a neurological consult for treatment of atypical facial pain (relatively common), or dissolving the filler and starting over.  

I think this is not because of the brand but more about the placement. If the problem persists then the best way is to dissolve the hyaluronic acid. You can ask the expert to do skin test before the hyaluronidase so make sure you don’t have any allergy reaction.
