Retained areola solution? (Photo)

I have unsightly retained Areola scar as well as a bottomed out breast from a breast lift operation two years ago. The extremely high nipple sucks, but the scar has become very almost unbearable to live with. Is there any way to get this quickly excised with a very thin vertical incision in lieu of this unsightly dark scarring? What would be the approximate cost? I live in NYC and not sure where to seek out this simple service? Unfortunately going back to my original surgeon is not an option.
