Hello I’m struggling with a white wide scar in the face. I really would like to do a surgery to remove it, but I’m scared that it will affect the symmetry or my face.

Yes, a scar can be cut out. But, there is the risk for the subsequent development of a stretch scar and even tram track stitch marks, and that is beside the expense of the surgery and the postsurgical downtime that inevitably follows. You may wish instead to consider consulting a board certified cosmetic dermatologist about the use of professionally performed Dermastamp microneedling accompanied by the application of prescription strength pigment enhancing medications, such as topical tyrosine and lanatoprost.
