Repeated lipo inner thighs?

Question

I had 2 times liposuction on my inner thighs, and the fat keeps coming back there is I have the slightest weight gain. Is it safe to do a 3rd? I was thinking this time Bodytite as I have some skin laxity now. Do I risk getting lymphedema? Would a thigh lift be better or safer? Thank you!

Usually, liposuction for the third time is risky in the inner thigh area because of having excess skin. You did not post photos, so I cannot be specific. The thigh tuck has a long scar.

If you already have skin laxity it may worsen with more liposuction.  A thigh lift may be an option but the scars have to be factored into your decision.  I encourage you to meet with a board certified plastic surgeon to discuss your options.

The inner thigh does not respond well to Liposuction on most women.
I usually encourage people not to have the treatment unless they are OK with subtle results. The exception is young women with tight skin in which case results can look a bit better.
I don’t think you’ve re-grown fat. The area has too much skin laxity that contributes to contour.
Skin laxity is the problem and not subcutaneous fat.
There are no good procedures for this area.
Either do a thigh lift or live with it.
