Can this extreme disfiguration on my chest be fixed? (Photo)

20M.I had gland excision and liposuction for gyno 10 months ago.I was happy with how it looked for a few months.(I coudn't flex then). Now the right side of chest is extremely disfigured when flexing(Big gap)It feels odd too.I suspect that the surgeon somehow messed up and did nerve damage causing muscle atrophy or accidentally ruptured the pec from the sternum.I had a small seroma on right side after surgery.Now all I can feel is the bone in the sternal portion of the right pec(No muscle)

Hello; in these surgeries, creating for nerve damage that; will cause muscle atrophy; it is not possible. Because, the nerve; enters from the underside of the muscle. From what I can see over here is; excess tissue; has been excised. Therefore, collapse and adhesion are occurred. Subcision to areas with adhesion; in places where there is collapse; by fat injection; the problem can be resolved.

An examination is needed to be certain. However, the dent can be improved with a fat transfer. Please go visit with a plastic surgeon.

It's best to visit with a few board certified plastic surgeons in your areas for a consultation.  An exam is needed to determine if the contour is from fatty tissue, fibrous tissue, or something else.  The correction will depend on the underlying cause.
