Thank you for your question.  It is hard to give a proper answer without a clinical examination but from your photos and history it seems like you have some borderline blood supply to that portion below the belly button and not it has progressed to patches of skin loss or necrosis.  This is a situation that should be reviewed by your surgeon in person as soon as possible.  I would contact their office today and set up an appointment.  I would also ask them about wearing the compression garment (or not) before you get in to see them.

It is difficult to answer your question without examining you however from reviewing your photos it appears that you have some skin changes that maybe consistent with necrosis. It is best to contact your board certified plastic surgeon and have an examination sooner the better. Good luck.

There does appear to be some necrosis.  However I cannot tell how extensive it is.  You need to see your surgeon sooner rather than later.  Good luck.
