Follow-up: Is a brow lift needed for excess skin hanging over eyes? (Photos)

Hello, I have been recommended a Brow lift for the excess skin/fat that hangs over my eyes from my brow. However I am not interested in my brows just being moved upward. I want to remove the excess skin/fat from them so they dont hang over my eyelids. Is that possible?

The vertical height between your hairline and eyebrows is very large. Your eyebrows are below the level of the orbital rim. You will need a browlift. I recommend an open incision that will shorten the distance of the vertical height of the forehead and pull up the eyebrows. Best...
