What can be done about my drooping eyebrows? (Photos)

Im a 24 year old women with a ton of excess skin in my upper eyelid/eyebrow area. The area is not bone and can be pinched easily. Is this something that requires a total forehead or eyebrow lift? or can the skin be removed? Would anything be possible without general anatheasia?

The vertical height between your hairline and eyebrows is very large. Your eyebrows are below the level of the orbital rim. You will need a browlift. I recommend an open incision that will shorten the distance of the vertical height of the forehead and pull up the eyebrows.

The photos provided are not sufficient for a precise evaluation. The full face, including the entire forehead and hairline, must be visible to properly assess brow position and forehead proportions. In the current images, the true height of the forehead cannot be clearly determined.
Forehead reduction is a procedure in which the hairline is advanced to shorten the vertical height of the forehead. It is a technically demanding operation with a more involved recovery process. It is primarily designed to reduce forehead length rather than directly correct brow descent, so candidacy must be evaluated carefully.
More commonly, brow lift or temporal lift procedures are considered to elevate the brow position and reduce heaviness in the upper eyelid area. Whether upper blepharoplasty should be combined with brow elevation can only be decided after examination. The amount of true eyelid skin excess and upper eyelid fat needs to be measured, as distinct skin redundancy is not clearly evident in the current photos.
In some young patients, brow or temporal lift alone may be sufficient.
A detailed clinical evaluation will clarify the most appropriate and conservative approach. I wish you a clear understanding of your options and a result that feels harmonious with your facial proportions.
