Yes it is possible to perform fat grafting to the upper eyelids (superior sulcus) and it helps created a fuller and more youthful appearance

Periorbital rejuvenation with fat grafts is something that we were doing for number of yeras. you seem to be a good candidate for shaping of upper orbital/eyelid area. you will have to find a board certifies plastic plastic surgeon with extensive expertise in this procedure. Good luck.

I do not recommend having fat transfer in the periocular region. If you’re going to work with the volume augmentation, I suggest you start with they use a Fillers. Fillers are in comparison to fat transfer for more precise, predictable, and far more forgiving if you don’t like the outcome.
I suggest having multiple in person, consultations with experienced plastic surgeons, facial plastic surgeons, or ocular plastic surgeons, who have a proven track record. Explain your concerns to each provider and ask them to show you before and after pictures of previous patient who had similar procedures to what they recommend. I’m not convinced that volume augmentation is going to create the llook you are hoping for.
Fat transfer can be unpredictable, and when the results don’t turn out the way patients had hoped it can be difficult to remove the contour, irregularities, lumps of fat necrosis, and live graft previously placed fat during the procedure.
