Can someone advise/fix this face fat transfer gone wrong? (Photos)

After fat transfer from my belly put in my face moved it look very bad . Doctor who did it keep gaslighting me saying I Look great ...yeah right! And says its aging .

This bulge is likely postseptal fat and not fat injected in the fat transfer. A transconjunctival blepharoplasty should correct this without scars.
