Inward caving midface/maxilla. Could this be fixed with a correction surgery? (Photo)

Hello, I am currently 19 and have been wearing braces for almost a year, from the initial xray screening of the side profile, it is visible that my midface/maxilla/lefort 2 area is caved inward for about 5mm or more, im wondering if this could be fixed with a correction surgery?
