Really unhappy about the lack of support in my lower face due to weak chin/teeth extractions. Apparently I’m a good candidate for double jaw surgery but doesn’t look like insurance will cover it. What would give me the best result? Double jaw surgery? Chin augmentation with buccal fat removal and double chin lipo?

Hello, your profile could definitely benefit from a mandibular advancement to give more projection to your lower third. We would need to see your bite and some more clinical imaging to see if you need any other movements done.
It is an unfortunate result both with respect to the open bite and t he upper incisor position. The only answer if you wish to improve it; is surgery. The extent and nature of the surgery would have to be reviewed. This type of treatment did not require a Korean visit for surgery!
Part of this may depend on when you got the filler. If it is brand new, they may recommend getting it dissolved. If you have jaw surgery close to the time you get filler, there is a good chance it will be moved or migrate outside the lips. If you have had the filler for 6+ months, there really...
