Do I need double jaw surgery or chin implant? (Photo)

Hello Thanks to jaw coorective surgeries we are able to salvo abnormalites of maxilla and mandibula. We usually do not recommend implants especially medpor , becuse it can couse infections and can melt the bone. For you case double jaw surgery is indicated .

They also have a tendency to move or become displaced. Chin implants also require an incision to be made under the chin, while a genioplasty does not use any external scarring. You may also benefit from buccal fat removal, which would decrease some of the fullness in your lower cheeks, creating a slimmer appearance.
