30 - Could I be a candidate for a lower/mini facelift? (Photos)

Hey there, I'm 30 years old and starting to notice lax skin/loss of fat in my mid/lower face. I am planning on getting a genioplasty chin bone reduction soon as well as a facial fat graft. I know I'm young but my loose mouth/jowl area already bother me and would be worse after the genioplasty as well, so I'm considering asking for all 3. Is this reasonable or ridiculous?

At the time of facelift, most surgeons also lift the neck. Apparently this was not done in your case. You have excess skin and also platysmal bands. You will need an outpatient surgery done in a surgery center or hospital under general anesthesia to correct this. Best Wishes, Gary...
