What type of surgery would I need to improve sagging cheeks and jowls? (Photos)

What type of surgery should I be looking into? The part I dislike the most is my now squared out lower face/cheeks, on front view, from sagging. I’m 46 and have aged so much in the last 5-6 years. I want the (jowels?) gone so badly. Looks fine enough when I smile but when I talking or just still and not smiling it’s gotten so bad and I very much dislike it. Am I using the right term - jowels? The saggy cheeks. So I’ve gone to three consults and all have said different things about what I need. Is it a DPFL I need? Midface lift (I’m not entirely sure what goes into that, and if it can also be a deep plane)? I know my under eyes are too hollow and wrinkle a lot when I smile but I’m not sure if I care much about that and I’m scared of it retracting too much, but maybe I need that too? Also I’m pretty sure I need a brow lift too but I don’t think I’ll ever do it because my hair is too thin to hide the incisions and also I don’t want an endoscopic one because I already have such a high forehead. Lastly, I think I could benefit from my upper lip being a bit shorter but just a tiny bit and I don’t know if I totally hate that (or anything else) enough to do surgery on it like my “jowels”. Please give me your honest opinion on what I need done? Mostly to smooth out my front now-squared jawline and get rid of the saggy cheeks. Thanks in advance. Oh, I also included some side profiles so you could see my neck. It’s crepey in certain lights and I have horizontal lines in it.
