Their number of things that could cause the issue presented the photograph. Most will resolve with no treatment. A small seroma can be aspirated in the office.

I think this is just a line of tension from the tightening of skin and muscle wall during the surgery . You are very early after surgery and these things usually resolve over the next few months .

You have fairly severe stretch marks in the skin around the belly button . A stretch mark is a rupture in the dermis , the elastic layer of the skin . As such the skin doesn't have normal elasticity and doesn't shrink back as quickly or as well . However you are so early post-surgery that you have an excellent chance of further improvement .

More than likely, this is still some swelling. Everyone's body is going to respond differently, so just keep in mind it is probably just normal for you.You still have plenty of healing to do though, so be sure to consult with your surgeon during the process of any concerns you have to insure that everything is going as it should. You are very early in the recovery process and as the swelling subsides, your results will change.  You will see your final results many months down the line.

It is difficult to see what you are describing in the photo posted but I recommend that you keep your follow up appointments with your surgeon so that he/she can determine if recovery is going as it should be.

You are still very early after your surgery.  These early changes and sharp pains with movement are not unusual and will get better with time.  As far as the loose skin around the umbilicus you will need to discuss this with your plastic surgeon at the time of your next visit.  

You are very early in your recovery and all the things you mentioned will tend to change with more time (about six months).

Lumps tend to go by themselves. Shooting pain, if it is a problem will often respond to firm local massage to try to free up the sensory nerve that is being irritated.

Your photograph shows stretch marks indicating the elasticity in your skin is not good. An abdominoplasty does not tighten or firm up skin on a permanent basis. It is an operation to remove excess or redundant skin. The skin around your umbilicus is unlikely to firm up and unfortunately we don't have a technique to effectively do this.
