Can a Plastic Surgeon in Houston Treat my Seroma?

I'm not sure why you went to a foreign country for something as significant as an abdominoplasty. Now that you have a complication it somewhat unfair to inflict yourself on a plastic surgeon in Houston. They certainly are capable of helping you with a problem but you should expect to pay.

you wont need even a plastic surgeon to correct this  little problem even a general surgeon  or a registrated nurse might correct it

I am sure that if you call around your area,  you will be able to find a board-certified plastic surgeon to assist you.  It may be helpful to seek a referral from your primary care and/or emergency room doctors.

This is the major problem associated with traveling hundreds of miles away from home to have a cosmetic surgery procedure.  You may save some money but you will not have anyone available to care for your if you develop a complication.  Call around and ask if a plastic surgeon will see you.  Some have an open door policy other do not.  Personally I will see the patient, I charge for an office visit.  I also require an operative note from the plastic surgeon so I can understand what was done at that time.  

Common problem for patients who travel out of the country for surgery, unfortunately. My advice would be to call around. Your primary doc may be able to help. Last resort would be the ER at a University Hospital, where you would probably refer you within their system. All the best.
