I had two c-sections within 16 months and followed that with 18 years of diastasis recti, loose skin, and a horrid pooch I couldn't exercise away. It was fairly hefty and I still didn't have much feeling on the skin. The pooch was my concern and I went to North Raleigh Plastic Surgery for a consult to see what could be accomplished; I didn't have high hopes, but I figured I could at least remove the pooch. Dr. Ortiz and team were very receptive to my concerns and treated me with great care, respect, and kindness. Dr. Ortiz gave me wonderful recommendations, without ever pressuring me. He suggested abdominoplasty with 360? Liposuction to address my concern and really target that band of excess skin from hip to hip. In addition, he noted he could use my own fat to fill my hip dips, which would be one a little more prominent after the procedure. Again, he was highly respectful and I did not feel like he was pushing any ideas on me or judging; he saw an opportunity I might appreciate and made sure I was aware of it. I am now 3 weeks post-op from abdominoplasty, Lipo360, and fat graft to my hips. Super pleased and already amazed by the results. Additionally, Dr. Ortiz, Lauren Jones, and team, have been available 24/7 for any concern. And they really are such wonderful individuals. I'm very glad I trusted my concerns to the skill and artistry of Dr. Ortiz, and to the skill, love, and care of his whole team. Also, Dr. Ortiz recommended lymphatic massage which is offered at the NRPS office, by a specially certified and licensed masseuse. Do it! It is wonderful. So glad I added it on! She's great!

I am very thankful and excited to be going into the summer after having a breast augmentation procedure with Dr. Ortiz. I was originally unsure about size and placement of my implants but Dr. Ortiz advised me that with submuscular implants my upper chest area will have a more natural slope and the bones that are normally apparent on my upper chest will be softened in appearance.I was also unsure about sizing but Dr. Ortiz had multiple sizes around our agreed upon cc’s to make the best choice for my frame in the operating room. They look large but not trashy for my frame. I am also very happy about the spacing of the implant (I have a very bony sternum) and how symmetrical the nipples are on the breast post-augmentation. I will post photos once I am further along in the healing process, but at less than one week in I am already feeling minimal pain and more confidence! Updated on 9 Jul 2020: I wanted to post an update showing how great my breasts look so far. Incisions are healing and are smooth and not raised. Nipples are centered nicely and breasts look very symmetric. See pics for before and after

From consultation, surgery and now 4 weeks post op, I have been thoroughly impressed with Dr. Ortiz and his team. He has the best bedside manner and is highly skilled and knowledgeable. I am so excited to see the end result once the swelling goes down and my compression garment is off. I wanted to get rid of a few cellulite spots on my outer thighs, extra fat in my stomach post second baby and to decrease the appearance of saggy skin. I also had a breast lift thanks to having a baby 9 years later. The BBL did not hurt at all. I have maintained sitting on my sides or on my BBL pillow and do not regret getting it done. I was able to return to work after 2 weeks. I highly recommend Dr. Ortiz for your plastic surgery needs. You will not be disappointed. Updated on 8 Apr 2021: My BBL two years later is still beyond words perfect!! Dr Ortiz did an amazing job! I get tons of compliments, people have asked if I've worked out to get it bigger. It looks natural and achieved exactly what I wanted!!!

I had a great experience with Dr. Ortiz and his staff. I’m not even 5 days out from having gynecomastia surgery, but I can already tell the results are amazing and will continue to be more amazing. I’ve suffered with gynecomastia since I was 11 years old. It’s shocking now to see my chest is finally flat! This was a revisional surgery because my original surgeon didn’t take out enough gland and skin. It’s finally a pleasure to look in the mirror with my shirt off. His fees were very affordable.

My experience has been great from the beginning. My initial consultation was with Carmen the patient coordinator and Dr Dickerson. They addressed all my questions and concerns regarding the procedure. My second consultation was with Carmen and Dr Ortiz. Dr Ortiz is very knowledgeable and was also very honest with me about implant sizes, so that I know the real expectations how they will look. Carmen went above and beyond to help me even after hours because of some concerns I had after surgery reassuring that whatever I was experiencing was normal. Im very active and workout alot. However, my pecs did not reflect the hard work that i put in. Therefore, the breast reduction (GYNECOMASTIA) procedure that Dr. Ortiz gave me has been remarkable. Its amazing to look in the mirror and see how much better my pecs look, not to mention how much better i feel.

I am now 4 weeks post labiaplasty surgery by Dr. Juan Ortiz. I am so happy with the results and the overall experience! Dr. Ortiz is a skilled and compassionate surgeon who made me feel at ease, even when addressing such a sensitive topic as my body image. He patiently listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. Everyone at his office was kind and professional to me. Dr. Ortiz used the wedge incision method to reduce the size of my labia minora, as well as a clitoral hood reduction. I was nervous about post-op pain because this is such a sensitive area, but in fact I only experienced minimal discomfort and this was relieved with ice packs, tylenol and motrin. At this point my incisions are healed and barely visible. I love my new look, feel more confident than ever and am so happy I finally did this for myself. Hello, so I am am undergoing surgery in 2 weeks for a breast augmentation. Me and my doctor agreed on 450 cc. I am very excited, however very nervous too. My doctor has been very kind, and answers any questions I have, although I do not have very many questions because I've done a ton of research. I try not to freak myself out either. Unfortunately I am a smoker, and had to quit. Not gonna lie. Wasn't happy about that part but hey, would rather quit then have infected boobs that could open up and expose my insides. Updated on 3 Nov 2017: I finally just underwent my surgery with mr. Juan Ortiz. I have to say I'm very pleased with the work and I Love my new breasts already .  I'm experiancing little to no discomfort at this time and I havnt even taken a pain med yet. I will highly recommend dr. Ortiz as well as his amazingly sweet staff. After all the research I had done, I'm so glad I decided to go with Dr. Ortiz. Updated on 21 Feb 2018: I must say it again as I've stated In the past. I'm so glad I choose Dr. Juan Ortiz as my surgeon at triangle plastic surgery. Looking at my before and after pictures amaze me. I had no self confidence, and really and truly had a boyish figure. Not only did Dr. Juan Ortiz make my breasts larger, you can tell a difference overall in the entire appearance. I am so glad I got this done, and if I had to go back and do it all over again, I would choose the same Dr.
