Hi I am a 21 year old and had braces removed yesterday. I was born without 7 & 10 My Ortho says to do implants asap My dentist who was going to do implants says to do Maryland bridge as I'm too young for implants and over time they would fail bc as women age our teeth recede and the implants won't and they will end up being too short. I also have a large overbite that my ortho couldn't fix. She says I may need SFOT. I'm worried the bridge will destroy my healthy teeth but implants would fail.
