I had a dental implant placed with quite a significant bone reconstruction. This is how it looks currently, five almost six months after the surgery. Should I be concerned? The doctor who performed the surgery says everything is within normal limits, and that some material had to be added, which is probably shifting a bit now after. I would also like to add that no X-ray was taken after the surgery and the wound took a long time to heal.
