After I weaned my daughter, my breasts were really sagging. However, as more time passes they seem to be going up. Do I still need a lift? The bottom photo was taken today and the top three weeks ago.
Answer: Breast lift may not be suitable A breast lift repositions the nipple so that it’s at or above the line of your breast fold. Although a profile photo can confirm this, it doesn’t appear that your nipples are located below your breast fold. For this reason, a breast lift may not be suitable for you.

Answer: Implants If you are ok with your nipples not being at the same level, an augmentation would work well for you. The difference between the two nipples is small and most would not notice.

Answer: Mini lift Your breasts are low on the chest wall and you lack upper pole fullness. The technique I recommend is a mini lift. Using a circumareola incision, your breast tissue is reshaped, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Lift not needed If interested in breast enhancement, I recommend an in person consultation with a plastic surgeon to discuss your goals and be measured. After I measure and discuss goals with my patients, we then look at pictures of women (my patients) with similar measurements with different size and style breast implants, again if interested, and they choose what looks right for them. They also get to see what they would look like when the breasts have fully dropped and fluffed and in clothes. You get to see actual results and the surgeon's experience and not a virtual idea of what can be achieved. Women tell me that this process is very helpful in determining what size and style breast implant is right for them. Dr. Ted Eisenberg, Board Certified Plastic Surgeon and Author. Answer: Breast lift Dear Eclectic57713, it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations.
