Thank you for your question. While you do have a beautiful result, it does appear that your nipple placement is a bit low. Unfortunately, without examining you in person, it is hard to discern whether this is due to surgical technique or your particular anatomy. I would advise you you to make your concerns known to the plastic surgeon that performed your surgery. If there is a chance to improve upon your result and make your more satisfied with it, I'm sure your surgeon would agree. If not, you could certainly get a second opinion from another board certified surgeon. Best of luck.

I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

Naturally, your breasts sit somewhat low on your chest and the base cannot be raised. You will not be able to have high breasts. That is not your anatomy. measurement are needed to see if more lifting could be done. You did not show lateral views.

Thanks for trying tp post your photos, there are very crookedly taken, btw. Appears as one breast still smaller than the other, but you did not specify which implant in which breasts? Also in my opinion a re lifting is indicated. So correction of implant sizing with a new implant and re lift surgery fee $10,000 ranges.
