Is there a laser scar removal procedure that will help the appearance of my bikini line scars?

Understanding the process by which scar revision is recommended is relatively easy. We first characterize the scars physical and physiologic features such as redness, inflammation, growth, thickness, and then identify lasers and injection treatments vs. surgery that work best for that particular scar. 
Scar revision requires a disciplined approach to address the different characteristics of scars including texture, color, level of inflammation, vascularity, and hypertrophy. Thank you for your question and pictures. I would start by addressing the root of the problem which is the ingrown hairs which are causing inflammation and then hyperpigmentation. The best way to do this is to get rid of the hair via laser hair removal. Care needs to be taken when treating hyperpigmented areas. Once the hair has been reduced the pigmented changes and scarring can be addressed with a combination of topical creams, chemical peels, and laser peels. Make sure you are under the care of an experienced physician to minimize complication risks. Best wishes.

Thank you for your photo. I would recommend bleaching creams or a pigment laser to help lighten your scars. You may also want to consider getting laser hair removal of your bikini line to minimize the chances of this recurring. For the individual deep scars, microneeding with PRP or subcision with injectable filler are both effective at smoothing out indented scars within the skin. Hope this helps!
