Age 26, how can I make my jawline more oval & feminine? (Photos)

As you can see in the photos my jawline appears to be “ heavy “ and saggy looking. I do not believe sagging is the issue as I am only 26. This has been an insecurity of mine for a very longtime. What procedures can help me achieve a more feminine look? When I pull my skin up from my temples my face looks exactly how I’d like so I know it’s not a bone issue. It almost seems like excess fat that just doesn’t go away.

You have beautiful natural features. I think a rhinoplasty and brow bone reduction would give you the aesthetic look you are going for. You could potentially consider a brow lift, but otherwise I think you will be happy with those results.

Have you done any research into a genioplasty? This would be easier than recovering from jaw surgery (seems unneeded), and would give your lower face some more height, which would help to balance out your profile. Rhinoplasties are scary, but I do think that reducing the size of your nose would...
