As you can see in the photos my jawline appears to be “ heavy “ and saggy looking. I do not believe sagging is the issue as I am only 26. This has been an insecurity of mine for a very longtime. What procedures can help me achieve a more feminine look? When I pull my skin up from my temples my face looks exactly how I’d like so I know it’s not a bone issue. It almost seems like excess fat that just doesn’t go away.

You have beautiful natural features. I think a rhinoplasty and brow bone reduction would give you the aesthetic look you are going for. You could potentially consider a brow lift, but otherwise I think you will be happy with those results.
