Age 26, how can I make my jawline more oval & feminine? (Photos)

As you can see in the photos my jawline appears to be “ heavy “ and saggy looking. I do not believe sagging is the issue as I am only 26. This has been an insecurity of mine for a very longtime. What procedures can help me achieve a more feminine look? When I pull my skin up from my temples my face looks exactly how I’d like so I know it’s not a bone issue. It almost seems like excess fat that just doesn’t go away.

It appears you have some jowling on your jawline, which is very common. There are a few options that can help with this. Buccal fat removal (BFR) will decrease some of the fullness in your lower cheeks, thus lifting some weight off the jowls, making them smaller. Jawline contouring is also an option and frequently seen together with BFR. This would create more definition to your jaw. Some people also consider a genioplasty. This would move your chin, elongating your face and jawline, while tightening lose skin. All three of these procedures are done through the mouth, which leaves no external scarring.
