How can a varicose vein along the left side of the penis be removed? (photo)

They get significantly larger after intercourse, and continues to get worse. I suddenly developed 2 varicose veins on my penis after 2 days of long and intense amphetamine and viagra sex. The picture is not a proper characterization of the severity of the varicose veins. They look much worse in real life, and continue to get worse year by year. I'm afraid they will become absolutely hideous (not that they aren't already) in 3-5 years.
