I had IPL TO CHEST.pain was almost unbearable and I'm good at pain. Need pain rx three days ,chest complete bullae with open blisters average size quarter This much pain cannot be right for aging spot removal?......

There should be no reason that you cannot use IPL device safely while breast-feeding.  I would read the package insert on the IPL device as well.

Retinol creams may make you sensitive to the IPL. I would either switch to non-light treatments such as Melarase creams for dark spots and age spots, or use a moisturizer containing ceramides such as Elevase Moisture Booster to avoid dryness. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Los Angeles

Thank you for your question. IPL is limited to treating fine hair and dark skin. YAG and ALEX are the best treatment for permanent hair reduction. I would recommend consulting with a Board Certified Dermatologist for best treatment plan. I hope this helps!

Thank you for your question. Accutane is a photosensitive medication. I would recommend waiting at least 6 months before doing any laser treatments as this can cause burn and/or hyperpigmentation. I hope this helps!

Thank you for your question. It is best to consult with a Board Certified Dermatologist to give you the best treatment plan. I would recommend wearing SPF 30 with zinc everyday. IPL is best to treat brown spots and requires few treatments at least 5 to 6 every 4 weeks. I hope this helps!
