i did ipl for pih + redness under eyelids. i had erythema for a week until i put a little cortisone yesterday. i am better and even the pih is improved now that the erythema has abated. im afraid it will come back as soon as i stop cortisone. how long can i use cortisone ? does it mean ipl is off limits for me in the future (i can see it did help the pigmentation now that the erytema is better). i forgot to mention i was on tetracyclines when i did the ipl (i didnt know you are not supposed to)
