I intend to buy a Philips Lumea sc2008/11 for me, but I am breastfeeding and have no intention to stop. Can I have a IPL hair removal?

There should be no reason that you cannot use IPL device safely while breast-feeding.  I would read the package insert on the IPL device as well.

Breast-feeding while
using a home IPL device should not be a concern, but we strongly recommend that
you check with the package insert and the website of the company to make sure
they do not have any reasons that you would not do this. We do not recommend
these procedures while pregnant, but with breast-feeding, there should not be a
problem.
