There should be no reason that you cannot use IPL device safely while breast-feeding. I would read the package insert on the IPL device as well.
Breast-feeding whileusing a home IPL device should not be a concern, but we strongly recommend thatyou check with the package insert and the website of the company to make surethey do not have any reasons that you would not do this. We do not recommendthese procedures while pregnant, but with breast-feeding, there should not be aproblem.

Thank you for your question. It is best to consult with a Board Certified Dermatologist to give you the best treatment plan. I would recommend wearing SPF 30 with zinc everyday. IPL is best to treat brown spots and requires few treatments at least 5 to 6 every 4 weeks. I hope this helps!
Hair removal can be performed prior to pregnancy. I would not recommend treatment with IPL or any device while you are pregnant. Pregnancy is more likely to produce changes in blood vessels such as spider veins than to induce hair growth.
