I am having my abdomen done this Saturday and my doc is fairly unfamiliar with Crossfit. I don't expect to be setting any PR's in the next month, but how soon can I go back to doing modified WOD's? I have been Crossfitting for 7 months 4-6 times per week. Thanks in advance!

It is a great idea to remain well hydrated after your surgery, and so drinking water and sports drinks and juice is very good for you. Cranberry juice has no particular effect on your healing, so you can drink any juice that you like.

It can be very difficult to fix this. This is often due to hanging skin from disruption of the buttock attachments or deflation of the buttocks themselves. Sometimes fat grafting can help.
