11 days post op Rhinoplasty, have I damage my nose with sudden facial movement?

It is not likely that you damaged your nose with facial movements (sudden or not). It usually would take a pretty good strike to the nose in the early postop period to create any lasting damage. It is unlikely without a traumatic insult to the nose that you caused any permanent damage. You likely felt pain because you squinted and moved the nasal skin which is healing. If you are seeing any new redness, swelling, or a sudden change in the appearance or shape or the nose, you should call your rhinoplasty surgeon to get evaluated. Either way, it is important for you to be following up with your surgeon regularly while you are healing.
