I would like to have a smaller, more proportionate nose without the mole. Wondering the best way to achieve it, and if I need several separate procedures or if a rhinoplasty alone would solve both issues.

A small resection of the underlying cartilage can be done under local. You have to be evaluated to make sure it is indeed cartilage and not a cyst etc.

Dent of nasal chip after rhinoplasty: it appears in the picture you show that the area you refer to as a dent is missing some cartilage. In my opinion the only permanent fix for this would be a Cartlidge graft.
