I'm a 37-year-old woman with a 20-year history of localized scleroderma and Parry Romberg syndrome (hemifacial atrophy). Over the years, I've had numerous procedures done including fat grafting, several courses of Voluma fillers, botox and Fraxel laser, all with little or temporary effect. My biggest concern right now is severe loss of volume in the right cheek area. Would Radiesse or Sculptra be good options for me?
