My implants are 700 cc but I want 1400 cc. Can it be done?

I had my implants done in 2012. I'm trans. I believe I have saline implants and the yotall cc is 700 ...The question I have is I'm seriously considering getting them done again in like 5 months. I'm wanting to hopefully go to 1400 cc this time. I'm a trans person FTM and my implants are very beautiful however I'm not really satisfied with the size as I'm 6feet 2 so I'm pretty tall as it is and I'm wanting a much bigger chest. Any thing u can tell me if its possible to go to 1400 cc
