Hi doctors, So 6-7 years ago in PE class, a classmate hit both of my cheeks (causing jaw pain & flatness) I thought it wasn’t a big deal & ignored it but now I am left with uneven cheekbones after that incident. My right cheek has sunked while the left one had been elevated going sideways. Also, the jaw part near my ear hurts and locks usually when I eat ever since it happened. Is there still a way to fix my cheekbones? I just want them to be back to normal :(

To better understand the post traumatic anatomy of your cheekbones a 3D CT scan is needed. This will provide a clear view of what your cheekbones look like and how they can be changed. Repositioning the cheek bones by osteotomies may be effective but knowing exactly what their shape is now is critical.
