Despite being very thin and with a tall skull, my face reads as full, especially when I’m smiling. Is this due to my lower face (eg buccal fat, masseter or chin length), my midface (eg cheek projection or height) or upper face (eg temple fullness or forehead). I would like a more chiseled and sophisticated look. All suggestions and analysis welcome!
