These wrinkles need laser resurfacing, skin tightening as treatments and microneedling/PRP and peels as long term maintenance.  Some people even need them surgically removed to get . the improvement.  Sometimes a small amount of botox can help I suggest seeing an expert.  Best, Dr. Emer.

It is impossible to give great advice based on your limited photo. You need an in person consultation with movement (smiling etc) to know for sure. I only rarely use botox under the eye for the roll. Also, would look at crows feet as this can sometimes improve this region. A good eye cream such as Lumiere is a good daily regimen- buy from a retailer not amazon or online as could be fake product (I see them selling on Amazon for less than I pay). The photograph you submitted shows a limited area and no true diagnosis can be reached. I would recommend that you see a plastic surgeon like myself for an in-person consultation. Botox is definitely not an option here as it will create more problems than solutions. Injecting hyaluronic acid fillers in the lower eyelid area is also not a good idea, as fat is the only product that should be truly injected in the lower eyelid area to provide long-lasting anf natural results. CO2 laser tmight be one of the options for you but again it's only a guess. Good luck from New York City
