I had Fractora RF done on my face 3 days ago. On day 2 I noticed tiny white pimples starting to form all over my upper cheeks, forehead and nose. It also looks like I have lines all over my face, but they are actually tiny little pin holes in the form of a line. Is this normal? How long do these little white pimples take to go away? The woman who did my treatment said to use coconut oil ONLY, however after doing some research I bought Aquaphor and Polysporin - should I be using either of these? HELP!
