Thanks for your question. This is not a huge cause of concern, but going forward I would refrain for using Coconut Oil on your skin. Coconut Oil can be extremely comedogenic and cause breakouts. Continue with a gentle cleanser and moisturizer and keep a clear line of communication between you and your provider. They should be keeping track of your progress as well.Best,Anil Shah MD

Thank you for your questions and photos. Little pimples can be a normal part of the healing process and should result in much clearer skin moving forward. The needle holes are common, but the lines are less common. Ask your technician to use slightly less pressure, next time, and this should have a better result moving forward. I like your idea of polysporin for your particular results, but our favorite post treatment is Renu 28 gel, and Renu Advanced moisturizer. Stick with Fractora and you’ll be pleased with your results!
