I am 30 and have always had tear troughs under my eyes - No dark circles, only lines. I have now had two consultations: One recommended 1-3 Fraxel procedures and the other suggested 8 RF sessions. Neither really seemed to mention the possibility of fillers. Now I'm a little confused - Outside of being more expensive, why would I choose several laser sessions over RF? And would RF even be a feasible treatment for tear troughs?
